The Donkervoort F22 is now a desert dweller after the Dutch supercar was recently elivered to its new UAE home.
Equally at home near the sands of Zandvoort and the dunes of Dubai, the Donkervoort F22 went “home” to the scene of Donkervoort’s greatest racing triumph.
And, Managing Director Denis Donkervoort personally delivered the F22, with Bare Naked Technology, to its new owner in the Arabian desert city.
The highly customised F22 delivered a splash of Dutch green to the Dubai desert, proving the F22 stands out everywhere, even in one of the world’s great supercar cities.
This won’t be the last F22 delivered to the UAE, with more confirmed orders working their way through the Donkervoort production and customisation processes.
Shaping the Future and Carrying the Legacy
The F22 became its owner’s second Donkervoort, sharing garage space with his D8 GTO-Individual Series.
However, this pairing is set for a change as the D8 GTO-Individual Series is destined to become available, already registered in Dubai and primed for the discerning enthusiasts of the UAE market.
Delivering customer cars to Dubai always gives Donkervoort a little extra thrill because it was the scene of Donkervoort’s greatest motorsport triumph when Denis onkervoort co-drive the D8 GT to the GT4 class win in the Dubai 24 Hour race in 2011.
And just as Denis Donkervoort was one of the drivers that day, he also flew this F22 out to the desert.
